Description Job Quick Facts: • Specialty: OB Hospitalist • Job Type: Locum Tenens • Facility Location: Toledo, OH • Service Setting: Inpatient • Reason For Coverage: Supplemental • Coverage Period: Jul 26 – Aug 10, 2026 • Coverage Type: Clinical + Call • Shift Type: 24 Hour • Shift Schedule: 8a - 5p • Call Schedule: 8a – 8a • Call Type: In house • Specific Coverage Dates: - Jul 26 – 27 - Jul 31 – Aug 1 - Aug 2 – 3 - Aug 7 (8a–5p) - Aug 9 – 10 • Beds in Department: 10 • Trauma Level: IV • EMR: Epic • Support Staff: Residents and Nursing staff • Physician in Practice: OBGYN • Case Mix: 20% low risk OB, 80% high risk OB • Other Info: - Lab and Ultrasound onsite • Duties/Procedures:? - Low/high risk pregnancy management and FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE) - OB ultrasounds including Level I/viability and Level II/anatomic screening - Routine and complicated deliveries including vaginal, forceps, C section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs - Repair of 3rd/4th degree lacerations - Surgical gynecology including open, laparoscopic minor, and major operative procedures such as tubal ligation, LOA, chromal tubation, ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, and cystectomy - Office/minor gynecology including IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, colposcopy, and LEEP • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes • Resident/Teaching Supervision Required: Yes • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: • Active OH License • BC • BLS, ACLS • NPDB report * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
