Description Locums, Inc. is seeking a Physician Psychiatrist for IHS facility located in Shiprock, NM. All state and Federal licenses accepted at all government facilities. About the Opportunity: - 8 - hour shifts, 8am – 4:30pm, Monday – Fridays with some weekends - Assignment is for one year from approx. 10/15/20 to 10/14/21 - Located in Shiprock, NM - Travel, Per Diem, and Malpractice paid - Position is mostly in-person but will include telehealth from facility to local community - Fantastic location for outdoor recreation lovers – excellently situated near the mountains of Colorado and the canyons of Utah Requirements: - Active and unrestricted state or Federal license - Active and unrestricted DEA - Board certified or eligible in Psychiatry - Active BLS, ATLS, ACLS, & PALS Certifications - Current vaccinations and immunizations - 3 Years of experience in chosen field - 3 References w/ at least 1 from supervisor - Experience w/ Native American population preferred * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
