We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant for a 2-day assignment with our client in South Dakota, commencing Jul 4, 2026. This role involves 24hr shifts where you will serve as the sole provider, focusing on rounding on ED patients and stabilizing them for transfer. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing Critical Access ED cases, with comfort spanning from minor injury repair up to intubation.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the sole provider, managing all aspects of patient care within the Emergency Department.
• Conduct comprehensive rounding on patients in the ED, ensuring timely and effective care.
• Stabilize patients for transfer to higher-level care facilities when necessary.
• Address a wide range of Critical Access ED cases.
• Manage cases ranging from minor injury repair up to intubation with confidence and proficiency.
