   Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience

    
• Must pass nursing medication test. Must be able to effectively communicate in English; both verbal and written.

    
• Must have good interpersonal skills and interface professionally, tactfully, and respectfully with patients, staff, the general public, and governmental agency reps.

    
• Basic computer skills required.

    
• Must be willing to float to Med Surg if needed

  

  

   Duties & Responsibilities:

  

    
• Provides patient care in an emergency setting, reflecting initiative, flexibility, and responsibility with minimum supervision.

    
• Triages safely, rapidly, and accurately.

    
• Communicates with physicians about patient status.
