"OB/GYN Locum Opportunity – ColoradoA community hospital in Colorado is seeking a Board-Certified or Truly Board-Eligible OB/GYN to provide ongoing 24-hour call coverage beginning June 2026. Emergency privileges are available for qualified candidates with a clean file. Compensation: On Call (Daily): $2960 per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis Orientation: $175/hr 24 Hour Holiday Call Rate: $4440 per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis Call Back: $350/hr Holiday Call Back: $525/hr Coverage Needs Current Open Dates June 21–22 July 15 July 17–20 July 24–26 Additional ongoing dates will become available as future schedules are released. Schedule 24-hour call shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM) Approximately 10–15 shifts per month available across multiple locum providers Hospital call coverage only Practice Details Setting: Community Hospital No Trauma Coverage 50-bed facility EMR: Epic Support Staff: Registered Nurses Patient Population: Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric Approximately 15 deliveries per month Responsibilities General OB/GYN call coverage Labor and delivery management Vaginal deliveries Cesarean sections OB triage and inpatient consultations Emergency gynecologic evaluations as needed Support Services General Surgery available 24/7 Limited Urology coverage available two days per week Requirements Board Certified OB/GYN or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency completion) Active Colorado license or active IMLC Letter of Qualification DEA required during credentialing BLS required during credentialing Clean malpractice and background history strongly preferred Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation Credentialing Standard credentialing: Approximately 60 days Temporary privileges available for qualified providers Expedited credentialing available for clean files EMR Requirements Providers must complete all Epic training requirements prior to start, including: Epic modules Virtual Epic training EMR onboarding requirements Travel Travel assistance available for approved providers. Ideal Candidate Experienced OB/GYN comfortable with independent hospital call coverage Strong labor and delivery experience Available for current open dates and interested in ongoing coverage opportunities Comfortable working in a community hospital setting"
