Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Fort Myers, Florida. Location: Fort Myers, Florida Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions including GERD, IBD, liver disease, and colorectal disorders.
Perform standard GI procedures such as colonoscopies and upper endoscopies (EGDs); ERCP and EUS skills are welcome but not required.
Deliver both outpatient and inpatient consultative care.
Collaborate closely with internal medicine, surgery, and radiology departments to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
Participate in call rotation and help expand GI service offerings. Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology (MD/DO).
Eligible for Florida medical licensure.
Strong endoscopic skills; advanced training in ERCP/EUS is a plus.
Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
