Description Maxim has a full-time contract for a primary care physician near the Boise area. Looking for a Primary care Physician to performing patient screenings, histories, physical examinations, interpreting test results, and determining patient follow-ups. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform comprehensive assessments, physical examinations, Office-based procedures, chronic care. • Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication • This is for an ASAP start - the credentialing process can be expedited, so about a 3-week turn-around can be expected • Monday to Friday scheduling, days only • Locums contract with extension options, also potential to transition to perm * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
