- Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed, up to 40 hours

- Overtime: Daily OT after 24 hours and Weekly OT after 40 hours (must be pre-approved by director)

- Compensation: $2,026–$2,126 per week (based on 40 hours)

Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed and motivated Travel Physical Therapist to support our outpatient care team in Harrison, Arkansas. This is a 13-week travel contract designed to address urgent staffing needs. The selected candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
•  Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
•  Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
•  Deliver effective therapy to improve patient function and mobility
•  Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
•  Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive care

Completion Bonus Opportunity
•  A completion bonus of three thousand dollars is available under the following conditions:
•  Completion of 576 hours within a 16-week period
•  No more than two call-offs or tardies
•  All documentation must be submitted on time and meet quality standards

Skills

Qualifications:
•  Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arkansas
•  Outpatient orthopedic experience Preferred
•  New graduates not accepted
•  First-time travelers encouraged to apply
•  Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
