Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient assignment at a physician-based orthopedic clinic in Germantown, TN. This backfill opportunity is ideal for therapists with strong clinical and time management skills. New graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy care in an outpatient orthopedic setting

Manage a caseload of 12–14 patients/day, with double-booked follow-up appointments

Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits/week

Work collaboratively with providers and clinic staff to deliver patient-centered care

Complete documentation promptly and accurately

Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee

Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

Open to new graduates and first-time travelers

Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and organizational skills
