Board Certified OBGYN (No BE) - Required
MI License & CSR at Submission - Required
Must have clean background for quick credentialing- REQUIRED
Provider must be local - REQUIRED

Current blocks:
7am Sept 5th - Sept 12th 7a
7am Sept 21st - Sept 28th 7a

Shifts are 7a-7a 24hrs on call with scheduled C sections and Sterilization
Providers must be available to start in September
