• Allowed Holidays: New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages


• Manage a diverse patient population, including some Chronic Pain Management cases


• Ensure chart closure within 72 hours of patient encounters


• Minimum of 18 patients seen per day


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care

Practice Setting

• EMR System: Epic


• Coverage Type: No Call


• Practice Setting: Outpatient


• Patients Per Shift: 16


• Rounding: Not Applicable

Qualifications

• Provider Type: Physician (MD, DO)


• Board Certification: Certified


• License Requirement: Licensed in CA only


• BLS Certification: Required


• DEA Certification: Active DEA needed before the start

Practice Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.


• Patient Population: Mix of pediatrics and adults (Will consider IM only)


• Decision Timeframe: Typically within 7-14 days


• Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 30-90 days


• Immunizations Required: 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results, Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization
