NP/PA - ENT Opportunity near ROCK ISLAND, WA

Our ENT team, consisting of one Physician and one Advanced Practice Provider, invites skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our organization.

Position Overview

• Work Schedule: Enjoy a standard four-day work week with flexibility in choosing a day off (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).


• On-Call Responsibilities: No on-call duties, allowing for a better work-life balance.


• Patient Load: Manage a reasonable caseload of 16-20 patients per day.


• Onsite Facilities: Access onsite lab, X-ray, CT scan, and MRI services for comprehensive patient care.


• Collaborative Environment: Work in a multi-specialty clinic with a supportive team and easy access to specialists.


• Technology: Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record system for efficient record-keeping.


• Clinic Hours: Maintain regular hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Candidate Qualifications

• Medical Certification: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with training opportunities available.


• Licensing: Obtain an active license in Washington State.


• Communication Skills: Demonstrate concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and their families.


• Documentation: Exhibit the ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records.


• Relocation: Willingness to relocate and reside in the picturesque area near Moses Lake, Washington.


• COVID-19 Requirement: Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is a mandatory prerequisite for employment. Religious and medical exemptions will be considered upon request.
