Practice Details:

Seeking a full-time locum Anesthesiologist starting May 2024

Work at both Nampa and Boise locations

Comfortable with Regional Anesthesia

No Cardiac/Complex Peds/Transplants

OB Coverage: Required for Nampa, Not Required for Boise

Credentialing Requirements:

Ensure the following items are readily available for the provider at the time of acceptance to expedite the credentialing process:

MD Diploma

Internship/Residency/Fellowship Certificates

All Medical Licenses

Board Certification

Life Support Cards (BLS)

Current and Previous Certificates of Insurance

Driver’s License

Professional Color Photo/Headshot

CMEs for the Past 2 Years

Immunization Records (TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, COVID)
