Dental Director

Practice within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering an integrated care model that combines medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Work alongside a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care.

• 4-day work week (4x10s) with a flexible blend of clinical and administrative time.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $220K/annual (based on experience)
• $10,000 Sign On Bonus/Relocation

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited program
• BLS certification
• Active Idaho dental license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration
• Idaho Controlled Substance license
• Expertise in full-scope general dentistry
• Strong clinical quality and compliance knowledge
• Leadership, mentorship, and team development capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
• Preferred: FQHC or community health experience
