Dental Director Northern Idaho
Practice within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering an integrated care model that combines medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Work alongside a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Position Highlights: - 4-day work week (4x10s) with a flexible blend of clinical and administrative time.

Compensation & Benefits: - Up to $220K/annual (based on experience)

Qualifications: - DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited program
- BLS certification
- Active Idaho dental license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration
- Idaho Controlled Substance license
- Expertise in full-scope general dentistry
- Strong clinical quality and compliance knowledge
- Leadership, mentorship, and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
- Preferred: FQHC or community health experience
