Advanced Heart Failure & Cardiomyopathy Cardiologist New York. Complex HF. No Transplant Burden. Position Highlights: - Join a Joint Commission–certified advanced heart failure program - a primary regional referral destination for cardiomyopathy, refractory shock, and mechanical circulatory support.
- A true advanced HF practice: complex inpatient and outpatient care spanning cardiomyopathy, LVAD, and MCS.
- Transplant-adjacent model: manage full transplant evaluations and post-discharge longitudinal care locally, without carrying a transplant call burden.
- Light inpatient coverage, only approximately 1 week every 6–7 weeks - with exceptional overall quality-of-life built into the schedule by design.
- Formal collaboration with nationally recognized transplant centers, with optional annual attending rotations for those who want continued transplant exposure.

Qualifications: - MD or DO; board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
- Fellowship training in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology, or equivalent clinical experience managing complex HF, advanced hemodynamics, and MCS.
