A Level I Trauma Center is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologists for ongoing 24-hour call coverage opportunities beginning July 2026.

Compensation:

$3250 per 24 hours
$440/hr callback, 2 hours gratis

Multiple providers may be utilized to fulfill coverage needs.

Average callback volume: 2–6 hours per day
Typical patient volume: 24–28 patients daily when clinic/procedures are required
Responsibilities
Inpatient urology coverage
Emergency consultations
Surgical management of urologic conditions
Supervision of APPs as needed
Call coverage and urgent procedures
Required Procedures
Vasectomy
Cystoscopy
Prostate procedures
Ureteroscopy
Lithotripsy
Orchiopexy
Preferred Experience
Robotic surgery
Vasectomy reversals
Penile plication
Penile implants
Additional advanced urologic procedures
Practice Environment
Adult patient population
Rare pediatric emergency torsion cases may present while on call
Advanced urology equipment available, including cystoscopy towers and procedural equipment
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Active Pennsylvania license preferred
Active IMLC Letter of Qualification accepted
DEA required
Minimum one year of experience preferred
New graduates welcome
Credentialing
Approximately 90 days
Temporary privileges available for providers with clean files
Ideal Candidate
Comfortable with independent call coverage
Strong general urology skill set
Experience with emergency and inpatient urologic care
Ability to supervise advanced practice providers when needed
Interest in ongoing locum opportunities"
