MD, Family Practice or Internal Medicine - Permanent 

Schedule: 40 hours/week, 5 days Monday - Friday approximately 8 hours each day (e.g. 8:30a to 5p), or some combination of 4 week days approximately 10 hours each day (e.g. 7:30a to 6p). Outpatient only with on call coverage 1:8 ratio.

Requirements: MA license, BC/BE, DEA, Ma controlled substance certificate, NRP, and BLS or ACLS. PALS is optional.
