Full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner needed with a TOP hospital system in Vermont!

Looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team of Adult & Child Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Social Workers and Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselors who together provide a plan of care for our patients.  This NP will treat patients at our primary care clinics. Prior experience working with geriatric or substance abuse population is preferred. This position will involve coordinating plan of care with primary care providers to include psychiatric consults, completing diagnostic evaluations and ongoing medical management services. Nurse Practitioners receive the support of RN Case Managers.
