Job Summary:
Provides administrative and clinical oversight and support to specific department of Medicine Ambulatory Practices. Supervises all administrative, support, and nursing staff associated with the Hematology-Oncology and Radiation Oncology practices. Monitors finances of the practices and ensures the practices are managed in a cost effective manner. Works in collaboration with the medical directors and the administrative directors of the practices. Works in an Ambulatory Care Center setting with Chemotherapy. Also works in the Infusion Clinic.

Job Qualifications:
* BSN
* 6 years of Hematology-Oncology experience
* 5 years of Nurse Leadership experience
