Full-time Director of Nursing needed at a Skilled Nursing Facility in beautiful Northern California!

Full time, benefited, exempt management position available. Must have a current CA RN license in good standing; minimum of two years clinical experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities is strongly preferred, as is prior management experience. We are seeking a candidate with strong communication and leadership skills to perform the following functions; plans, develops, implements and evaluates patient/resident care, personnel and fiscal management systems in conjunction with Administration, Patient Services and other department directors; coordinates and participates with various employee groups and teams, continuous quality assurance and CQI and compliance activities; maintains policy and procedure manual following Title 22 and OBRA(CMS) guidelines for this area. We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Title 22 and OBRA, CMS requirements for education of employees in this area.
