Position Summary:

The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing psychiatric services for patients. The provider will consult with the Social Worker on patients, consult with the Medical Director on medication management, provide medication management, provide clinical care, education, psych evaluation of pain management patients, etc. 

Requirements:

• Master's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience 
• License as a PMHNP in New York 
• CPR/BLS Certified
