Description
Established outpatient primary care practice in Connecticut seeking Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician coverage. Join a physician-led clinic with experienced support staff, a stable patient panel, and a consistent weekday schedule.Job Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform preventive care visits and wellness exams
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC Qualifications:
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Connecticut license or IMLC eligibility
• DEA and CSR preferred
• Outpatient primary care experience required Working Hours:
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No weekends
• Light call rotation Skills:
• Preventive medicine
• Chronic disease management
• Adult primary care
• Patient-centered care
• EPIC EMR proficiency
