Description Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. Candidates must have at least 2 years of ICU experience, with CVICU experience highly preferred. Epic experience is required. The position involves working a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, with occasional flex to 1:3. Weekend shifts are mandatory, totaling 4 weekends per 4-week schedule. No call is required. The nurse will float across all ICU units and may occasionally cover the ED, PACU, or MS/PCU units, with patient ratios of 1:4. Responsibilities include performing lab sticks, EKGs, line starts, and operating various equipment such as Alaris IV Pumps, CADD PCA pumps, Servo I ventilators, Fresenius CRRT Dialysis machines, Edwards Lifesciences cardiac monitors, Medtronic EVD Management Systems, Arctic Sun TMS, GE monitors, Hill Rom beds, Pyxis medication stations, and Veratron bladder scanners. Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, and NIH (CPI can be obtained at the facility for $100). All nurses must be prepared to care for COVID-19 isolation patients and know their N95 mask size. Shifts are night shift (3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00). The position is scheduled to start on 06/30/2026. Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95 Benefits:
