Requirements:

- Labor + Delivery/Neonatal Resuscitation Experience
- NBRC RRT + NYS License
- Associate's in Accredited Respiratory Care Program
- Critical Care Proficient
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY License, ACLS, BLS, PERM ADDRESS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
- Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Address will be validated during compliance process.
- Travelers from the following counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls (Perm address must be included in profile): Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, Washington
