Description ADVANCED PRACTICE RN -PAIN MEDICINE OPPORTUNITY COMMUNITY Picturesque New England area enjoys 4 seasons. Snowskiing, Outdoor lakes and river fun during Summers. OVERVIEW Experienced Pain Medicine Nurse Practitioner – Full Time, Outpatient ROLE • 1:4 Weekly: Shared phone call from home; no need to come to hospital • Serve adult patients with a variety of chronic pain conditions • Collaborate with other specialties and primary care • EMR Meditech • Perform office-based evaluations, medication management, education, referrals for interventional procedures, and minor in-office procedures • Practicing autonomously; will have own patient panel • Procedures may include trigger point injections, joint injections, Botox, and more • MAT services with X-waiver preferred PACKAGE Salary $150,000 (1.0 FTE) for experienced APRN + $10k Annual Bonus wRVU bonus potential, Sign Bonus & Paid Call Relocation assistance + Educational Loan Reimbursement 5 Weeks PTO + CME funds + 2 weeks CME time Medical, dental, vision, life, disability + employer matched retirement plans Malpractice with Tail Skills • Ability to obtain/maintain NP license in New Hampshire • 2 years Pain Medicine experience preferred • NP-Certification & Master’s Degree + ACLS, BLS * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
