Description Specialty: Orthopedic Surgery Boarded: yes with the ABOS Hospital Location: Hancock, MI Setting: Hospital based Trauma level: 3 Reason for Coverage: Call coverage Date: Orientation Thur 7/2 @0830 - 1500 Fri 7/3 @ 0700 - Wed 7/8 (ending 7/9 @ 0700) Thur 7/16 @ 0700 - Mon 7/20 (ending 7/21 @ 0700) Patients seen: 1-2 Phone Consults: 0-5 Admits: 0-1 Hours: 7am-7am Types of cases: Total joints, general ortho, fractures, sports, general, etc. • No Spine License: Michigan or IMLC, CDS, MI DEA EMR: MediTech Additional Info: When on call, the Surgeon will only have to come in if the Emergency Department requests a consult.
