Requirements:- Active RN license in the practicing state.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.
- BLS required; additional certifications in geriatric or long-term care nursing preferred.
Responsibilities:- Assess and monitor resident conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely.
- Develop and follow individualized care plans.
- Educate residents and families on health management and care plans.
- Document care accurately and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
