Shift Schedule:
- 24-hour shifts
- 8 hours in-house care
- 16 hours on-call coverage

ICU Bed Count: 14-bed ICU

Responsibilities:

Manage critically ill patients in an ICU setting

Rounding on patients during the day with on-call duties after in-house hours

Handle admissions as required

Perform specialized procedures including:
- Ventilation management (invasive and non-invasive)
- Central and arterial line insertions
- Bronchoscopy
- Lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis
- Dialysis catheter placement and more

Requirements:

Board Certification: Internal Medicine - Critical Care Medicine

WA State License: Active and unrestricted license required

Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS

Must be comfortable managing ICU patients and performing advanced procedures as detailed above

Additional Details:

A one-day orientation is required prior to starting
