Schedule

• Monday–Friday


• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


• No Call Responsibilities


• Full-time availability highly preferred


• Overtime available as needed

Practice Details

• 15-chair infusion center


• 18–20 patients per day


• Primarily outpatient care with occasional inpatient consults


• Epic EMR with AI-assisted charting tools


• Growing oncology program with strong administrative support

Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage hematology and oncology patients


• Chemotherapy oversight


• Immunotherapy management


• Targeted therapy treatment planning


• Hormonal therapy management


• Outpatient oncology follow-up care


• Occasional inpatient consultations

Support Staff

• 1 Physician


• 1 Nurse Practitioner


• 3 Clinical Support Staff


• Dedicated oncology infusion team

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology


• Active New York License required at submission


• Minimum 5 years of experience preferred


• Epic experience required


• Strong clinical and communication skills


• Comfortable working in a growing oncology program
