What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in an internal medicine setting
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members on patient treatment strategies
- Administer medications and treatments accurately following protocols
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care
- Accurately document patient interactions, treatments, and progress
- Support patients emotionally and advocate for their needs
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Stay informed about latest healthcare practices and participate in ongoing professional development
What You Need
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire or ability to obtain
- ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications required
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to compassionate patient care
- Preferred: prior experience in an outpatient or internal medicine practice
