What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct patient care including assessments, care planning, and interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans
- Maintain detailed, accurate medical records and document patient progress
- Administer medications and treatments following protocols
- Educate patients and families about disease management and preventive care
- Triage patient calls and coordinate care as an Office Nurse
- Support a safe, compliant, and compassionate healthcare environment
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire
- BLS (AHA) certification
- Prior clinical or behavioral health experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and maintain high-quality patient care standards
