Description III. Qualifications and Requirements: Education/Training/Certifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy plus five years’ of Progressively responsible PT experience. • Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred. • Valid California Physical Therapy License, or proof of License eligibility. • The qualifying Physical Therapy Degree earned outside of the US must be evaluated to the US equivalent to a Degree in Physical Therapy. • Valid State Driver’s License with a clean DMV record. • Copy of recent Vehicle Insurance required. Skills Skills and Experience: • Minimum of two years’ Physical Therapy experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population. • Physical Therapy knowledge and skills necessary to treat frail, elderly participants with complex needs. * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
