Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24-hour unassigned ER call coverage.
  
  
  • Inpatient consults for a Level II trauma center.
  
  
  • Ensure coverage for both unassigned ER and inpatient census associated with cardiology.
  
  
  • Required to cover one weekend per month.
  
  
  
  


• Patient Volume: Approximately 10 patients per day.


• Facility Support: Staffing support provided. Note that there is no mid-level support available.


• EMR System: Eclinical Works

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required. Board Certified Cardiologist is preferred.


• Case Logs: Must provide case logs from the previous 24 months.


• Experience: Experience in managing a diverse cardiology case load and providing 24-hour ER call coverage.
