Description The role starts in October. The schedule will be 37.5 hours, M-F. You will conduct general medical exams. You will see 20-25 patients per day. If you do not live in Texas or live far from Houston, there is a $7500 relocation reimbursement. Salary starts at $157K and goes up to $172k. Payment for Performance (P4P) is guaranteed your first year with up to $2,500 per quarter. Benefits for this role include full medical/dental/life insurance, 401k, and more. Credentialing usually takes up to 7-10 days once you have sent in and completed all documentation and assessments. We will need your CV, medical license card, confirmation of board certification or eligibility, and an NPDB report or confirmation that you have no previous or current malpractice lawsuits, infractions, or restrictions.
