    Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (8-hour shifts) with one evening shift per week (12-9 pm, and one Saturday per month.
    - Additional evenings or Saturdays may be scheduled based on vacation/CME coverage for the team

    Average of 20 to 25 patients per 8 hours

    Services: primary care including pediatric, adult, women’s care, and office-based procedures.
