RN House Supervisor
You'll work closely with management. Plan, steer, and coordinate daily tasks in nursing service administration. Create policies and procedures to achieve department priorities.
Position Details:
Full time, 12 hour Night shifts
· You will manage and oversee daily business and administrative operations with an emphasis on providing patient-centered care.
· Guide and teach your team. Ensure compliance with regulations.
· You are expected to apply Lean methods to enhance practice and patient care.
· You'll help plan the staffing budget, as well as the equipment and expense budget for the year.
· You must update staff on patients, especially those in critical condition. Report staffing and unexpected events.
· You will build good relationships with department staff, patients' families, doctors, and external groups. This helps with communication, problem-solving, and improving patient care quality.
· Prepare reports, maintain records and files, and manage equipment and inventory. Also, maintain a database for generating reports when needed.

Experience:
- Associates degree in Nursing
- Registered Nursing license
- Atleast 3 years of relevant experience in the nursing field required
- BLS required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS required within 30 days of hire
