Collaborative teams! Established patient panel supporting a diverse community. Support adults and geriatric patients with preventative and chronic care management. Full service including in-house labs, diagnostic testing, and imaging. Solid mid-level and medical staff. 5 day schedule (Monday - Friday), no evenings, no weekends. Call is shared by providers. Average 18-21 patients p/day. Athena EMR.

Compensation / Benefits:

Anticipated annual earning (low $300Ks)

Guaranteed base salary (up to $270k)
Production Incentives (up to 25% of base) paid quarterly

Skills

Requirements:

BE/BC
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
Managed Care (Medicare Advantage) experience
Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency a plus!
FL state medical license, or eligible
