What You’ll Do
- Provide holistic, patient-centered care to individuals in the CVICU
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure quality outcomes
- Execute nursing standards, including implementation and evaluation of care plans
- Delegate appropriate activities to other care providers as needed
- Participate in shared decision-making to promote best practices and environment of care
- Support patient families throughout care episodes and contribute to a positive care environment
What You Need
- Current RN license in Minnesota or valid licensure in relevant state
- At least 1 year of ICU or CVICU experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment
