What You’ll Do
- Provide holistic nursing care to patients in the CVICU focusing on cardiovascular conditions
- Assess patient needs, develop and revise individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and attention to detail
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in status
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document care activities accurately and timely
- Participate in daily unit huddles and care coordination activities
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Minnesota
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care or CVICU
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills
Preferred:
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Prior experience in a high-acuity cardiac ICU setting
