Practice Details

• Setting: Hospital-based
• Trauma Level: Level I
• Average Volume: ~8 cases per day
• APP Support: Available

Call Schedule

• Frequency: Q3 call (every third weekday and every third weekend)
• Call Ratio: 1:3 Interventional Radiologists

Required Procedures

• Angioplasty
• Stent Placement
• Embolization
• Needle Biopsy
• Thrombolysis
• Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE)

Requirements

• Board Certification in Interventional Radiology – Required
• Active Michigan Medical License – Required
  • IMLC or compact licenses are not accepted
• BLS & ACLS Certifications – Required

Location & Travel

• Local providers strongly preferred (mileage reimbursement only)
• Will consider travel providers if able to provide 2+ weeks of coverage per month
