What You'll Do:
- Provide routine and complex nursing care for cardiac and telemetry patients
- Monitor patients, administer medications, and respond to changes in condition
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining compliance with hospital protocols
- Demonstrate leadership and clinical competence in a fast-paced setting
What You Need:
Required:
- Valid RN license (state of employment or compact)
- BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in relevant specialty preferred
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience in cardiac or telemetry units
- Skilled in patient assessment and medication administration
