What You’ll Do
- Float across various ICU units including Neuro, Surgical, Medical ICU (MICU), Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, NCCU based on staffing needs.
- Manage critically ill patients with ventilator support, telemetry, and IV therapy.
- Adhere to critical care protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism while floating between units of similar or lower acuity.
What You Need
- Valid Ohio nursing license or applicable state licensure
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Skills: Ventilator management, telemetry, IV starts, proficiency with EPIC
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
