We are currently seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens position near Sebeka, Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified physician to provide coverage in a dynamic emergency department with ongoing shift availability. The facility is located in a rural area with a close-knit community and offers a rewarding work environment.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Near Sebeka, MN


• Shifts: 10-12 shifts per month, 12-hour shifts (days or nights)


• Start Date: ASAP, ongoing with availability for both days and nights


• ER Volume: Approximately 10,000 visits annually


• Support Staff: Includes 2 RNs and a CNA on shift

Key Requirements:

• Board Certification: Preferred, but Board Eligible will be reviewed


• Licensure: Active Minnesota medical license or IMLC accepted


• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS or CALS with Trauma component certification


• Specialty Experience: General Surgery or IM/FM with ED experience required


• Background: Clean background and malpractice history is highly preferred


• Availability: Immediate coverage for urgent October dates and ongoing availability

• EMR system: Meditech


• Potential to fly providers in if necessary
