    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  

  

    
• Manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies in an outpatient-focused oncology practice

    
• Collaborate with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support services

    
• Provide inpatient collaboration as needed

    
• Deliver full-spectrum medical oncology and hematology care with continuity

    
• Participate in a multidisciplinary care team including telehealth-supported services
