• Location: Central Wisconsin


• Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient


• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call

Schedule

• Monday-Friday clinic schedule


• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM


• Full-time coverage preferred


• Two providers splitting coverage (two weeks per month each) will be considered


• Night and weekend beeper call


• Call consists primarily of occasional phone consults


• No routine on-site call requirement

Clinical Responsibilities

• Hematology and Oncology clinic visits


• Follow-up patient care


• Inpatient consultation support as needed


• Average patient volume: 20-30 patients per day

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology


• Fellowship training required


• Wisconsin license preferred


• Wisconsin Act 10 accepted


• Hospital privileges required
