Description Job Quick Facts: • Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology • Job Type: Locum Tenens • Facility Location: Fredericksburg, VA • Service Setting: Inpatient • Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing • Shifts needed to be filled: - Jul 2-3, 14-15, 16-18, 19-20 - Aug 1-3, 4-5, 6-7, 9-10, 17-19, 22-24 • Coverage Type: Call only • Call Schedule: 24-hr call; 7a-7a • Call Type: In-House • Patient Volume: 16-20 • Ave. Annual Deliveries: 1700 • Admissions Required: Yes • Rounding Included: Yes • Physicians in Practice: 2 OBGYN MDs on call 24/7 - Within a 24/hr shift • Support Staff: 5 RNs & 2 APPs • Required Procedures: - Low & high-risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation (Level I/Screening (viability) & Level II/Targeted (anatomic) - Amniocentesis, Routine & Complicated delivery • EMR: Epic • Trauma Level: II • Facility PEDS Level: III • Beds in the Dept: 16 • Other Info: - Looking for as many shifts as we are able to fill at this time; We do not schedule consecutive shifts but would be willing to work with a locum to do every other day. - 24/7 in-house anesthesia coverage available.* Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
