PRACTICE DETAILS




  • Full-time, permanent hospital-employed position
  • Work 35 weeks / off 17 weeks annually
  • Monday-Friday 7:30-3:00 and take call 1:3 rotation (approximately 3 a week)


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS




  • Hospital-Employed
  • $230,000 for W2 or $260,000 for 1099
  • Relocation - up to $10k
  • Sign-on bonus - $20k
  • Full benefits: Health/dental/vision insurance
  • 403b with company match
  • 5 CME days
  • $3,500 CME allowance
