Respiratory Therapist – Home Care (RRT/CRT/RC or RN) | Tucson, AZ

Pay & Benefits
- Pay package: Hourly pay rate of $35.00 (as listed)

- Sign-on bonus: $2,000 gross after 60 days and $2,000 after 180 days of continuous employment

What You’ll Do
- Provide in-home respiratory care and support patients with equipment-based therapy in their homes
- Perform comprehensive in-home assessments to support safe and effective respiratory management
- Educate patients and families on equipment use and safety
- Ensure optimal equipment function and patient safety through clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to support ongoing respiratory care plans
- Maintain compliance with PPE protocols and OSHA mask fit testing expectations
- Provide occasional after-hours support based on low call volume and assigned coverage
What You Need
Required
- Active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT, CRT, or RC) or RN license
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to complete required onboarding steps including background investigation and drug screening
- Commitment to healthcare credentialing compliance (if applicable)
- Reliable employment history demonstrating stability
- Personal vehicle required
Preferred
- Home healthcare experience
- Respiratory therapy experience
- DME (durable medical equipment) experience
- Degree in respiratory therapy, nursing, or related field
- One year of related clinical experience
- Experience supporting therapies such as BiPAP/BiPAP S/BiPAP ST, ASV, NIV, invasive ventilators, Cough Assist, trach, and oxygen patients (as applicable to assigned coverage)
About the Assignment
This is a home-care focused respiratory role with a supportive team providing care across the Tucson, Arizona service area. The position is primarily office-based with in-home patient visits as needed to deliver safe, effective respiratory therapy, education, and equipment support.
