What You’ll Do

  • Provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse community patient population

  • Manage gynecologic consults referred from surrounding primary care providers and in-house midwives

  • Perform office-based gynecologic procedures

  • Maintain a steady surgical volume, with access to three new operating rooms

  • Participate in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries

  • Provide physician backup for midwife-led obstetric care, including uncomplicated deliveries

  • Support a birth center environment (including VBACs and additional patient-centered options), in collaboration with the care team

  • Join a manageable shared home call rotation (1 in 4)


What You Need

About the Assignment

Brattleboro Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time Staff OB/GYN to join its hospital-owned OB/GYN practice in Brattleboro, Vermont, providing full-spectrum women’s health care in a collaborative, community-focused setting. The schedule includes 3–4 clinic days per week with approximately 12–14 patients per day, along with dedicated OR time and participation in a shared call rotation. The practice supports a multidisciplinary environment and includes access to a birth center offering a range of patient-centered options.
