What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and stage cancers through clinical assessments, imaging, and laboratory testing

  • Develop individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies as appropriate

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on response and clinical status

  • Manage treatment-related side effects and provide supportive care to improve quality of life

  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes

  • Coordinate care with surgeons, radiologists, certified oncology nurses, nurse practitioners, and oncology navigators

  • Support participation in clinical trials, research initiatives, and quality improvement activities

  • Stay current on oncology guidelines and evidence-based practices to optimize patient care

  • Mentor and guide healthcare staff in oncology-related practices (as needed)


What You Need
